Instructions for Use (eIFU)

Sinclair © 2026 · Perfectha®

  • Indication — Perfectha® is indicated for the filling of superficial, medium or deep skin depressions, lines and folds, for lip enhancement, and for the restoration or augmentation of facial volume, including the correction of facial lipoatrophy or volume loss associated with the aging process. The Perfectha range includes variants designed for injection at different depths and facial areas: FINELINES for superficial lines and tear troughs; DERM for medium lines and depressions, lip enhancement and scars; DEEP for deep lines, moderate contouring and volumisation and lip augmentation; and SUBSKIN for significant volume loss in areas of the face and hands. Indications for the product may vary depending on the variant and the product registration status across different jurisdictions. Individual effects may vary.

Important safety information — Perfectha® should only be administered by registered healthcare professionals who have been specifically trained in injection techniques for dermal filler procedures and who have familiarised themselves with the product and its complete Instructions for Use, in accordance with local regulations. Perfectha® should not be used in patients with: known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide local anaesthetics; known hypersensitivity to avian proteins or egg products; uncontrolled epilepsy; a tendency to hypertrophic scarring; porphyria; autoimmune disease; a history of streptococcal disease; inflammatory or infectious skin problems or tumours at or near the treatment site; those undergoing laser or UV treatment, deep chemical peel, dermabrasion or prolonged sun exposure; those receiving medical treatment that reduces or inhibits liver metabolism; or in pregnant or breast-feeding women and children. Do not inject Perfectha® intramuscularly or into blood vessels, as this can cause vascular compromise, manifesting as discolouration, necrosis or ulceration at the implant site, or ischaemic events as a result of embolism; if blanching occurs, stop the injection immediately and massage the area until its normal colour is restored. Do not over-correct, do not mix the product with other products, and do not inject into areas previously treated with fillers of animal origin, permanent implants or implants containing a substance other than hyaluronic acid. Do not inject Perfectha® DERM, DEEP or SUBSKIN into the periorbital or glabella region, as this carries a risk of ocular ischaemic events leading to loss of vision. The maximum recommended dose is 30 ml per 60 kg bodyweight per treatment course, not to exceed 60 ml per 60 kg bodyweight per year. For the complete list of warnings, precautions and administration instructions — including where and how Perfectha® should and should not be injected, maximum doses per treatment site and aftercare — please refer to the current local Instructions for Use (IFU). Patients using medications that can affect platelet function or prolong bleeding — such as thrombolytics, anticoagulants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or vitamin C — may experience increased swelling, bleeding or bruising at the injection site; these should be discontinued at least 7 to 10 days before treatment, after consulting the patient's healthcare professional. After treatment, patients should avoid applying make-up for 24 hours and avoid prolonged exposure to UV rays and to extreme heat and cold (such as saunas and Turkish baths) for 2 to 3 weeks.

Adverse event reporting — All potential adverse effects and incidents should be reported to quality@sinclair.com.
